Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back and we will send you the return instructions and address.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will email you. If it is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the problem and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund at no cost to you.
